Responsibilities
- Architect Vision: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for next-generation AI systems capable of operating in autonomous environments by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for integrating Quantum Leap Systems' proprietary algorithms with emerging hardware solutions.
- Ethical Frameworks: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols for all AI deployments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence architecture.
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt system architectures accordingly.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
