Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for our upcoming decade, ensuring our tech stack is future-proof and aligned with emerging AI paradigms.
- Build Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead the research and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, reinforcement learning, and edge computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and business leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and product features.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
