Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI and Machine Learning pipelines tailored for future growth and high-volume processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating emerging technologies into our core platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest quality standards.
- Optimize system performance and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on technological investments and roadmap adjustments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems principles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
