Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end definition of the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with business objectives.
- Design and oversee the architecture for next-generation software systems that anticipate future scalability needs.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to determine strategic adoption.
- Evaluate legacy systems and devise migration strategies to modernize our infrastructure for the 2026 era.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present technical visions and secure buy-in for major strategic initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineering leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or planning role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their evolution by 2026.
- Strong expertise in AI integration, automation, and data governance strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
