Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement a future-proof, distributed microservices architecture capable of handling exponential growth.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning models directly into core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, and Data Science) to drive innovation.
- Establish best practices for cloud security, compliance, and sustainability (Green IT).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems for high-traffic applications.
- Strong understanding of modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust) and frameworks.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and future-proofing strategies is a major plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
