Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technical architecture, identifying emerging trends in AI, Cloud, and Edge computing to prepare our infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond.
- System Modernization: Spearhead the migration to next-gen cloud-native architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum scalability.
- AI Integration Strategy: Design and implement frameworks that seamlessly integrate Artificial Intelligence into core business workflows.
- Tech Stack Governance: Establish standards for coding, security, and architecture to ensure consistency across distributed teams.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Crisis Management: Lead incident response and architectural resilience planning to protect critical assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think beyond current constraints and plan for future technological shifts (e.g., Quantum Computing readiness).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent is a strong plus.
