Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement high-level system architectures that align with the company's long-term strategic goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Predictive System Design: Develop scalable infrastructure capable of handling predictive analytics and AI-driven workloads with zero latency.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with next-gen cloud environments.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health and performance, implementing optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI & Data Fluency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and data architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical transformations and defining product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
