Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems designed specifically for the Web 4.0 era and quantum computing environments.
- Guide the strategic roadmap for integrating next-generation AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents into core products.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements for futuristic user interfaces and decentralized applications.
- Optimize legacy infrastructure to ensure seamless transition to decentralized cloud architectures and edge computing.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, resilience, and compliance with emerging global technology standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with a specific focus on emerging and futuristic technologies.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, neural networks, and predictive analytics.
- Proven track record of leading high-growth engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
- Experience designing systems that are quantum-ready or highly scalable across global distributed networks.
