Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology strategy that prepares the organization for the technological landscape of 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Create detailed technology roadmaps that align with business milestones, prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest ROI.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Oversee the pilot and deployment of AI-driven tools and automation to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless technology integration.
- Vendor & Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging tech trends and vendors to ensure we are utilizing the best tools for future-proofing.
- Security & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to protect data integrity as we expand our digital footprint.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, IT architecture, or project management.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and plan for the long term (2026+ horizon).
- Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing executive stakeholders.
- AI Literacy: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics applications.
