Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business goals
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global tech ecosystems
- Drive cross-functional projects bridging R&D, product, and market strategy
- Present future-focused insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling innovative initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
