Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 market disruptions
- Design and pilot prototype solutions in our state-of-the-art Innovation Lab
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future business models
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
