Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the company, identifying key market shifts, technological advancements, and competitive threats.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee high-level research and development projects focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to ensure our portfolio remains cutting-edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex future scenarios into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite executives, investors, and board members.
- Innovation Labs: Build and manage a dedicated innovation lab environment that encourages experimentation and rapid prototyping of 2026-era concepts.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive macroeconomic and technological trend analysis to inform long-term business decisions and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of future-forward products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or high-level technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategy role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a relevant discipline preferred.
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into business strategies; deep understanding of the technological landscape leading up to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to pivot strategies in a rapidly evolving landscape.
