Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in distributed systems architecture
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proven track record designing AI/ML systems at scale
- Proficiency in neuromorphic computing frameworks (e.g., Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Deep knowledge of sustainable technology practices
- Certification in quantum computing or advanced AI governance
- Experience leading teams in agile DevSecOps environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
