- Architect Resilient Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant system architectures capable of supporting next-generation data loads and AI workloads.
- Quantum Migration Strategy: Collaborate with R&D teams to define the roadmap for integrating quantum computing elements into our existing cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and security protocols across all engineering teams.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analysis of system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- Future-Proofing: Proactively research and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, Edge Computing, Neural Interfaces) to determine feasibility and integration points.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead technical design reviews and mentor senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless computing.
- AI Integration: Proven track record of designing systems that integrate and scale with Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines.
