Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of next-generation systems for 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological trends.
- Integrate emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and quantum computing into existing and new systems.
- Collaborate with product development teams to define system requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architectural diagrams and specifications.
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and resilient, with a focus on future-proofing infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices to continuously innovate and improve system architecture.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and quantum computing.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design complex systems under uncertainty.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect) are a plus.
