Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning

- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of designing systems handling >10M concurrent transactions
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future-systems topics
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware and brain-computer interfaces
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
