Responsibilities
- Define Roadmaps: Create comprehensive architectural blueprints for systems integration in 2026, focusing on seamless AI-human collaboration.
- Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) to determine feasibility for production use.
- System Design: Lead the design of high-performance, secure, and scalable distributed systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement next-generation cybersecurity protocols to protect proprietary future-tech infrastructure.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring junior engineers and architects on advanced methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, blockchain integration, or quantum computing principles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, forward-thinking environments.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
