- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Prototype neural-network hardware acceleration modules
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Computing or equivalent experience
- 15+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on decentralized systems
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Deep knowledge of NIST post-quantum cryptography standards
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
