Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, resilient software architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and AI-driven computations.
- Pilot 2026 Initiatives: Spearhead the integration of quantum-resistant encryption and generative AI models into core product lines.
- System Optimization: Overhaul legacy infrastructure to transition towards edge computing and decentralized networks for real-time processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, high-performance code.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review technical debt, and enforce best practices for cloud security and compliance.
- Innovation Strategy: Research emerging technologies (AR/VR, Neural Interfaces) and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related engineering field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or C++. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps pipelines, and neural network architectures.
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography and quantum computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
