Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and oversee the implementation of systems utilizing AI, quantum computing, and edge networks.
- Research & Development: Lead exploratory research into post-silicon computing and neuromorphic engineering.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists in cutting-edge methodologies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or quantum research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and distributed ledger technologies (Blockchain/Web3).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and leading disruptive projects.
