What You'll Do:

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring for junior developers.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record implementing Kubernetes and Docker orchestration.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML pipeline integration and data engineering.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field is preferred.
