Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including predictive AI and autonomous agents.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can handle next-generation data loads.
- Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate abstract concepts into tangible products.
- Establish technical standards and best practices to ensure long-term scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with AI/ML model deployment and large-scale data processing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
