Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning infrastructure goals with long-term business objectives.
- Architect scalable, resilient systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads and quantum-ready data structures.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to prototype and validate future technologies.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for emerging tech trends and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Ensure enterprise security and compliance standards are met for all future-facing projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical visions into actionable development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or IT strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence infrastructure, machine learning pipelines, and edge computing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure migrations and modernization projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ISO 27001 or similar security compliance frameworks is highly preferred.
