The Role
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our systems are '2026 Ready' and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for system architecture, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure well ahead of the curve.
- Design Scalable AI Ecosystems: Architect robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with zero downtime.
- Cloud Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the migration and optimization of our cloud-native environments, ensuring security, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into architectural blueprints.
- Innovation & Prototyping: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects for next-gen technologies, including Quantum Computing integration and Edge AI.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and senior engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-scale technology environments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and extensive experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Big Data processing frameworks (Spark, Flink).
- Cloud Mastery: Certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP with a proven track record of designing complex cloud-native solutions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a history of resolving critical system failures and optimizing legacy codebases.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
