Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with our strategic 2026 roadmap.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced machine learning models into core infrastructure to enhance product intelligence.
- Technical Strategy: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and architectural blueprints.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in system architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their integration into enterprise systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
