Responsibilities

- Lead technical strategy and mentor senior engineers on emerging technologies.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and fault tolerance in distributed environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 visions into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices across the organization.
- Identify and implement automation to reduce technical debt.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and scalable data pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
