- Design and oversee the implementation of next-generation cloud infrastructure and AI integration strategies.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation by evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing, advanced ML) for potential integration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and future-forward technology stacks.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to plan for multi-year technology horizons.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
