Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing protocols and quantum-resistant cryptography
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future technologies
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on AI ethics or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience with decentralized governance models and blockchain consensus algorithms
