Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, including AI agents, spatial computing, and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling massive scale.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead experimental projects, evaluating new frameworks and libraries before they reach the production environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest standards of code quality through rigorous review and mentorship of junior architects.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate third-party technology providers and integrate external solutions seamlessly into our stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of implementing bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems with creative, scalable engineering solutions.
