Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum, and Bio-tech.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Establish architectural frameworks for scalable, high-performance systems.
- Collaborate with product strategists to align technical capabilities with market demands.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and future tech paradigms.
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
