Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the technical vision and execution of our roadmap. You will define the architectural standards for our platform, ensure scalability, and guide our engineering teams in adopting emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the company's 2026 Strategic Roadmap, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Define and enforce best practices for scalable, high-performance distributed systems and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to next-gen cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure).
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and set the standard for engineering excellence.
- Identify potential risks in technical architecture and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes, high-velocity environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong grasp of concurrent programming and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Generative AI deployment strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
