Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Innovation Strategy, defining the long-term technical vision and architectural direction for the organization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to assess feasibility and business impact.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate business goals into robust technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of futuristic solutions into existing legacy systems, ensuring seamless scalability and security.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with forward-looking projects.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives and defining multi-year roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, with a specific interest in the trajectory toward 2026.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) or AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
