Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and implementation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- Identify high-impact technology trends and assess their feasibility for integration into our core product lines.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term vision and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Oversee the R&D budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for innovation projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects through the full lifecycle from conception to execution.
