As a key member of our executive strategy team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap focused on emerging technologies, including AI integration, quantum computing readiness, and next-gen AR/VR interfaces.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on our business model, making data-driven recommendations for adoption.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architectures that can withstand the demands of high-volume global traffic.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for executive leadership and investors.
- R&D Oversight: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for disruptive technologies to assess viability before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or IT strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast technological shifts and align them with long-term business goals.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), distributed systems, and API-first design principles.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of implementing cutting-edge solutions in previous roles.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
