Core Objectives:
Lead the definition of our technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration, cloud migration, and next-gen user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and oversee the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs for emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Blockchain to ensure competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems that support business growth and data security.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technology partners that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology planning.
