Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration, quantum-resistant cryptography, and edge computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems that can handle exponential data growth and complex computational loads.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives to evaluate new technologies, prototyping solutions that align with our five-year strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust architectural solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to safeguard our infrastructure against evolving cyber threats.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Futuristic Tech: Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks and a keen interest in next-gen computing paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex technical challenges with creative, forward-thinking solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
