Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for Nexus Future Labs leading up to 2026.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and assess their strategic value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Lead architecture reviews to ensure scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies for high-impact technology transitions.
- Act as a mentor to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or product strategy.
- Strong background in emerging technologies, with a specific interest in the trajectory towards 2026.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
