Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology adoption, identifying key trends and technologies that will define the market in 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focusing on next-gen computing and sustainable tech solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to identify gaps and opportunities for technological differentiation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technical role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech stacks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
