Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AGI, Edge AI) to determine their viability for Nexus.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures capable of supporting enterprise growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical teams.
- Innovation Labs: Manage a cross-functional innovation lab to prototype and validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage relationships with key technology partners and vendors to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or IT strategy.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity standards.
