Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with Horizon Industries' long-term vision.
- Research & Development: Identify emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Web, evaluating their potential for integration into our ecosystem.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to define product roadmaps and investment priorities for the next 3-5 years.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists to execute complex technical initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select strategic technology partners and vendors to support the 2026 infrastructure goals.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal hackathons and innovation sprints to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging Web technologies (Web3, Spatial Computing).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse, high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
