Responsibilities
- Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3).

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or product management.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain/Web3, and Quantum computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in a high-growth tech environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech into business value.
