Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum-ready architecture.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance systems that can handle next-generation computational loads.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate them into the core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high engineering standards through rigorous code reviews and mentorship of junior and senior developers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and architectural risks before they impact the product timeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Future Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or edge computing architectures is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
