Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technology initiatives, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of adapting to rapid market changes.
- Innovation & R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects to prototype and validate cutting-edge solutions before market deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between executive leadership, engineering teams, and product management to align technology goals with business objectives.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the integration of next-gen technologies into existing workflows, ensuring seamless transitions and maximum ROI.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
- Risk Management: Assess technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (PhD) is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology leadership. Proven experience leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies. Expertise in AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, or Cloud-native architectures is highly preferred.
- Strategic Visionary Mindset: Ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale budgets and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
