Responsibilities
- Strategic Design: Architect scalable, future-proof technology ecosystems that integrate Generative AI, Web3, and Quantum-ready protocols.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of legacy systems with next-generation infrastructure to ensure a smooth transition into the 2026 era.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies before they hit the market.
- Ethical Engineering: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists in best practices for futuristic development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading complex, high-scale systems.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and neural network frameworks.
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience or research interest in Quantum Computing, Blockchain interoperability, or Edge Computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strategic vision, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
