Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability microservices architectures.
- Lead the migration strategy for legacy systems towards next-gen cloud-native technologies.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring for junior engineers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and big data processing pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
