Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the '2026 Technology Roadmap,' identifying and prioritizing emerging tech trends such as AGI, quantum computing, and advanced neural interfaces.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in the research, development, and deployment of next-generation AI systems and autonomous agents.
- Architect scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure capable of supporting exponential data growth and complex computations.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for AI autonomy, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept validations for disruptive technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong background in System Design, Microservices, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to forecast industry shifts 3-5 years in advance.
- Experience leading diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
