Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the '2026 Vision', identifying emerging technologies and integration points.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures capable of supporting high-velocity business growth.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the migration strategy from legacy systems to next-gen microservices and AI-driven platforms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Innovation Lab: Spearhead R&D initiatives exploring cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Readiness and Advanced AI.
- Talent Strategy: Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and serverless computing.
- Future Tech Proficiency: Experience with AI/ML integration, blockchain infrastructure, or predictive analytics is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating long-term strategic visions (like a 2026 target) into actionable technical milestones.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
