Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Certification in quantum computing or AI ethics (e.g., IBM Q, Google AI)
