Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural architecture optimization, and sustainable tech
- Experience with federal grant applications for future-tech initiatives
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on disruptive technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
