Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026+ tech initiatives
- Drive cross-functional R&D projects in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for next-gen solutions
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation
- Stay ahead of tech trends through continuous research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to market
- Strong background in strategic planning and scenario forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
